Students must reside within the Biscoe, DeValls Bluff or Hazen zip codes, have a cumulative high school GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale and must have an ACT score of at least 22, and demonstrate financial need as defined by the FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid).

The Bill and Sharon Arnold Family Foundation has created a scholarship program for graduating seniors from the east central Arkansas region in which Mr. and Mrs. Arnold spent their careers as educators. In conjunction with Phillips Community College Stuttgart Campus, the Foundation is seeking applicants for scholarships which will cover tuition and fees for first-time, full-time students on that campus. Up to five scholarships will be awarded each year to qualifying high school seniors. Submission deadline for 2009-2010 school year is May 3, 2010.
